include multiple messages back and forth.

Which platforms does CartPilot support?
CartPilot currently supports WooCommerce, with Shopify and other platforms launching soon. Install the plugin, connect your store, and your agent goes live in minutes. No custom development required.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one chat or voice session between a shopper and your AI agent. Each session can have multiple messages back and forth, and it’s counted as a full conversation when the chat is closed. Each paid plan includes a set number of conversations per month. Credits are prepaid top-ups that keep the agent going once you have used that monthly allowance.
Is there a free plan? Do I need a card to try it?
Yes. Start on the free plan with no card required. You get 50 conversations to try CartPilot on your real store before you pick a paid plan.
Do my conversations reset each month? Do unused ones roll over?
Your paid plan’s conversations reset at the start of each billing period. Unused conversations do not roll over. On the free plan, the 50 conversations are one-time, not monthly.
How many stores does a plan cover?
Each plan covers a set number of connected stores, shown on the plan. A WooCommerce store and a Shopify store count as two separate stores, so running both needs a plan that includes at least two.
Do I need my own AI key?
On monthly and annual plans, no. We run the AI for you, and your conversations are included. Only Lifetime BYOK plans you need to use your own AI provider key.
How can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you are not charged again.
