At CartPilot, we believe in the value of our AI sales agent, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. To help you make an informed decision before you buy, we offer a free plan, a live demo, documentation, tutorials, detailed feature lists, product images, and merchant reviews. Our friendly support team is always ready to answer your questions.

CartPilot is a StorePulse product, built by weDevs to help WooCommerce and Shopify merchants turn more browsing into buying, with an AI sales agent that searches products, answers questions, and guides shoppers toward checkout.

Because CartPilot is an AI service, every conversation with a shopper carries a real, metered cost, whether we run the model for you or you bring your own key on a Lifetime plan. For that reason, our refund terms work a little differently from a one-time plugin, and this policy explains exactly how. We would also appreciate your feedback during any refund on how we can improve.

7-Day Money Back: Risk-Free on Lifetime Plans

We are confident that you will love CartPilot and find it beneficial to your store. We also understand that sometimes things do not work out as expected. Therefore, we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back on Lifetime plans. If, within 7 days of your original Lifetime purchase, CartPilot does not meet your expectations, we will gladly provide a full refund.

Our monthly and annual plans can be evaluated in full on the free plan first, and credit packs and AI conversations carry a cost as soon as they are used. For those reasons, the money-back applies to Lifetime plans only. The sections below explain what is and is not refundable.

Refund Eligibility

The money-back described above applies only within 7 days of a Lifetime purchase. We are unable to process it after this time frame. The following also apply:

  • Monthly and annual subscriptions are not refundable, including for unused time.
  • Credit packs are not refundable, whether the credits are used or unused, and credits expire twelve months after the date of purchase.
  • Conversations and credits that have already been used are not refundable.
  • For claims of product bugs or malfunctions, we will do our best to resolve the issue for you first before resorting to a refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund to anyone who acts in bad faith or misuses the service.
  • If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.

Please note that our money-back does not apply to any purchase made at a discounted price or during a promotional campaign, on any plan, including Lifetime. We also do not offer refunds for plan upgrades or renewals. In such cases, the decision of CartPilot is final.

Resolving Product Issues

If you encounter a bug, a connection problem, or the AI agent behaving unexpectedly, we recommend contacting our support team by creating a ticket before considering a refund. The team will work diligently to resolve the issue. We aim to give you the best experience possible and value your feedback on how we can improve.

Policy for Automatic Payments

To keep CartPilot active and continuously updated, monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. The decision to continue is always yours. When you purchase a subscription, you permit renewals by default, and it is up to you to turn off auto-renewal if you do not want to continue.

If you do not cancel automatic payments from your account, it will:

  • Renew your subscription for the next billing period.
  • Charge your payment method automatically.
  • We do not refund auto-renewal payments for any plan.

You can cancel at any time from your account, or by contacting us for any reason, including an accidental purchase. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling stops future billing; it is not a refund, and we do not refund unused time.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following scenarios are considered non-refundable:

  • Used Conversations and Credits: any conversation or credit that has already been used, because the cost of that usage has already been incurred.
  • Subscriptions and Credit Packs: monthly plans, annual plans, and credit packs, which are not covered by the Lifetime money-back.
  • Promotional or Discounted Purchases: any purchase made at a discounted price, with a coupon, or during a promotional campaign, on any plan, including Lifetime. Plan upgrades and renewals are also non-refundable.
  • Expired Timeframe: any Lifetime money-back request made after the 7-day window has elapsed from the original purchase date. It is your responsibility to request within the eligible period.
  • Licensing or Terms Violations: accounts found to have breached our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use rules.
  • Refund Combined With a Chargeback: a refund request made at the same time as a payment chargeback for the same purchase.
  • Third-Party Marketplaces: purchases made through an app store or other marketplace, which are subject to that platform’s own refund process rather than ours.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Support: reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your refund request, the reason for the refund, and your purchase information.
  • Refund Duration: once we receive your request, the concerned team will review it promptly and, if it is eligible, process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: refunds are issued using your original payment method, through our payment provider, Stripe, Inc. The time to receive the funds depends on your bank or card provider.

Acceptance of the Refund Policy

By placing an order for a CartPilot plan, credit pack, or Lifetime license, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand this refund policy and agree to its terms and conditions. If, for any reason, you do not agree with our approach, we kindly ask that you refrain from making a purchase.

Updates to the Policy

This refund policy may be updated or revised from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
