Set up your CartPilot agent and prepare it to work on your store.

After connecting your store, you can configure how your AI sales agent looks, talks, behaves, searches products, and helps customers during their shopping journey.

What You Can Set Up

From the setup section, you can:

  • Add your agent name, subtitle, and greeting message
  • Choose the agent voice and personality
  • Configure agent behavior and instructions
  • Enable text chat and voice interaction
  • Customize the widget design
  • Sync your WooCommerce products
  • Train CartPilot with store policies, FAQs, and documents
  • Track customer interactions and agent performance

Recommended Setup Flow

Follow these steps to complete your setup:

  1. Set up your AI sales agent
  2. Customize the chat widget appearance
  3. Sync your WooCommerce products
  4. Train your agent with store information
